Well done the writers at the 2016 Logies!

20 May, 2016

The Australian Writers’ Guild congratulates the screenwriters at the heart of this year's Logie-winning programs.

While much media attention is lavished on the stars who walk the red carpet, behind the most successful – and most deserving – shows are a host of people without whom none of it would be possible.

At the beating heart of scripted programs are the screenwriters, who provide the creative spark to everything that follows and which this year led to the 58th TV Week Logie Awards at Melbourne’s Crown. As we honour our writers we also thank the Logie recipients who recognised the role of the writers in their success.
