Tele-Navigator Consultations

6 September, 2010

The 2010 Tele-Navigator Consultation Week will be Monday 1st to Friday 5th November. Presented by ScreenWest and the AWG in association Screen Australia, this phase of Tele-Navigator is an intensive week-long series of consultations for a select number of television drama projects (series, mini-series or telemovies in adult drama, comedy or children's). Up to six creative teams with market viable projects will be selected to spend up to 15 hours across the week in Perth meeting with national television writers and development executives.

Applications for the Tele-Navigator Consultation Week close at 5:00PM on Monday September 6.

Taking place over the week of November 1-5, 2010, the consultation program is primarily for teams (writer, producer and director) with projects that have potential market interest and are planning to shoot within WA. However, individual writers with well-developed scripts without a producer attached will be considered.

The national consultants will be Amanda Higgs, Tim Pye and Sue Masters. Following the workshop, the participating projects will be considered for $15,000 ScreenWest development funds and other support, leading to presentations to network executives.
