Review of the Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies

The Department of Communications and the Arts has released draft findings and recommendations of its review of the voluntary Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies, and is interested in hearing your views. 

The review is examining the extent to which the Code promotes fair and efficient outcomes for both members and licensees of copyright collecting societies in Australia. If you have dealings with any of Australia’s eight copyright collecting societies* and want to share your views on how they operate, please visit: www.communications.gov.au/codereviewdraftreport.
