Spend an evening of chills, thrills and insight into the creative and development process with the co-creators and writers of the critical and popular hit ABC TV series HARROW - Leigh McGrath and Stephen M Irwin.  

Hear how Leigh and Stephen conceived, development and brought their internationally renowned show to the screen as well as their insights on how to break into and build a career in the brave and bold new landscape of the Australian screen industry. 

Between them, Leigh and Stephen have built amazing careers.  

Leigh is an AACTA and Logie Award nominated creator, producer and writer of film and television drama, comedy, and animation for Netflix, ABC Studios International, BBC, ITV, Fremantle International and the Emmy and BAFTA Award winning Hoodlum Productions. Leigh has worked extensively both locally and internationally as a Script Producer and Story Editor, including ITV’s long-running police drama series The Bill and the Seven Network’s Home & Away. 

Stephen M Irwin is a screenwriter and novelist. His debut novel The Dead Path was named Top Horror Novel 2011 in the American Library Association’s RUSA Reading List. His second novel, The Broken Ones, was listed by Kirkus Reviews among the 100 Best Fiction of 2012. Stephen was a creator and writer of Australian crime drama series Secrets & Lies, remade in the USA for ABC. His other writing credits include feature Australia Day (FOXtel), and miniseries Wake in Fright (Network Ten). Stephen is also co-creator (along with Leigh McGrath and Hoodlum's Nathan Mayfield and Tracey Robertson) and head writer of the upcoming Netflix series Tidelands.
