The Room – place of mystery, cavern of wonder, crucible of creation. Drama, comedy, animation, just about every show has one, and sooner or later all writers must run its gauntlet. But what makes a good room? 

How do you get the most out of the rooms you run – or be at your most creative and productive as a hired gun? How do you get into rooms when more and more they’re becoming closed shops?

Join Kristen Dunphy and Peter Gawler in conversation with Sam Meikle as they delve into the passions and the politics that drive the room.
