NSW Write Night presents Q&A with Steven Moffat

Emmy and BAFTA Award winning UK screenwriter Steven Moffat is in Sydney and will be conducting a private Q&A for AWG members Thursday 19 November.Steven is currently lead writer and executive producer of DOCTOR WHO (BBC) and co-creator writer and executive producer of SHERLOCK (Hartswood/BBC). He began work on the much-loved teen drama series PRESS GANG (Richmond Films/CITV) of which he wrote all 43 episodes across 5 series. He went on to create and write three sitcoms: COUPLING(Hartswood/BBC) CHALK and JOKING APART (Pola Jones/BBC). Other credits include series JEKYLL (Hartswood/BBC) and the feature film THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN(Dreamworks). Among his many awards are BAFTAs for his DOCTOR WHO episode Blink in 2008 and SHERLOCKHis Last Vow in 2012. He also received the BAFTA Special Award in 2012. In 2014 he won an Emmy for SHERLOCK His Last Vow and in 2015 he was awarded an OBE for services to Television.Join us for this rare opportunity to hear Steven share his experience with AWG members.
