Lunch Break: In Conversation with Shaun Grant

Join us for lunch! Every third Wednesday of the month at 1pm AEST, the Australian Writers' Guild will be hosting Lunch Break, a chance to catch up with your Guild on a wide range of topics, including how to make the most of your membership, the latest industrial and advocacy news, and exclusive In Conversations with AWG members focused on the craft of performance writing.

Each month you will also hear about the work the AWG is doing on behalf of its members, as well as upcoming initiatives, opportunities, and campaigns.

Join us this month as we talk to Shaun Grant about his impressive career, how he approaches adaptations, the importance of creative partnerships and much more. 

Shaun Grant is one of Australia’s most sought-after and in-demand writers. His films have premiered at the world’s most prestigious film festivals; including Cannes, Toronto and Sundance. From Snowtown to Jasper Jones, Berlin Syndrome, The True History of the Kelly Gang, Penguin Bloom, and most recently Nitram, Shaun’s work has attracted enormous critical success as well as numerous industry awards.
